Today is my final GDT card for CRAFT Challenge, thank you for having me as your Guest Designer this month <3 Our theme this month is Inspired by a Book
The challenge is sponsored by Paper Nest Dolls and Sweet & Sassy.
I had this image, Birthday Cake Cocoa and though it would be perfect. The book I'm using today for my inspiration is Little Mouse's Birthday Cake.
The image has been coloured with Copic and a white gel pen. I've sprinkled some embossing enamel around the image and cut it out with a Spellbinders die then distressed it with Vintage Photo ink from Tim Hotlz. The stitching was drawn on with a pen. Behind the image is a piece of black card cut with a Spellbinders die to frame the image.
It's the first time I've made a round card, the design paper was hand cut to shape and is from First Edition. To finish I've added a few silver star charms and a birthday sentiment from Make It Crafty.

You did a fabulous job pulling this card together. I have not created a round shaped card in years so you have inspired me to give it a try in the near future. I love how the colors of our "Caffeinated Tones" are sprinkled throughout your design. Your coloring skills are fabulous, as always!
