For the Girlz........

Our second Facebook challenge of the year is here.  This month we'd like to see your creations "FOR THE GIRLZ".

For my inspiration today I'm using one of the images from Best Frocks, you can find these images in Wendy's shop here

The image has been coloured with Copics.  I've created a clean and simple design to showcase the image using some balck card, some design paper from my stash and sticker from Tim Holtz for the sentiment.

Beary Merry Christmas

It time for our next Christmas challenge at Outlawz (check it out here).  You can make anything you like as long as its Christmassy :)

I've used an image from OddBall Art by Lizzy Love.  I'm not sure Lizzy has a shop anymore sadly.

I've coloured the image with Copics trying to make the bear look soft and fuzzy.

I've used some design paper from my stash to match the reds of the hat, heart and pencil.  Nothing else for this one, not even a sentiment to add :)

Winter Heart

It's new release inspiration day at All Dressed Up.  For my inspiration today I'm using the very cute image called Winter Heart, you can find her here in Wendy's Shop.

I've coloured her  with Copics in a colour combination that I don't often use but love!

I found some perfect design paper in my stash and matched it with some blue glitter card.

No other embellishments today. just a clean and simple design to showcase one of Wendy's fab new images,

We're back.....

 We've all had a lovely break at All Dressed Up, our first Facebook challenge of the year is here.  This month we'd like to see your creations with "HEARTS AND / OR FLOWERS".

For my inspiration today I'm using Two Little Mice, they're just so adorable.  You can find them in Wendy's shop here.

I've coloured them so they're white with pops of red for the flower with Copics.  After that I fussy cut them to layer on the card.

I cut the top of the card with a heart die, behind this is a square of card stock coloured with Copics for the cloudy sky.  You may be able to see some embossing enamel which I've added for some extra interest.

The hearts were cut from scraps of red paper (Lily of the Valley left overs) using a die banner. The hears are form the middle of the banner :)
The sentiment was printed at the same time as the image, distressed and layered onto some white card.

Totally Christmas

 Yes this year I've joined the new team at Outlawz for our Christmas Challenge, hopefully so I'm more prepared for the season rather than running round last minute making Christmas cards!

This is my creation for our second challenge (check it out here).  You can make anything you like as long as its Christmassy :)

I've used an image from All Dressed Up called Snowman Hugs.  I've coloured the image with Copics, then added some embossing enamel for more snow!

I've used some design paper from my stash to match the snowman's scarf.  Also used a tiny Merry Christmas wooden sentiment from Hobby Craft.  Thanks for popping by, hopefully see you at the challenge :)

New Challenge at Outlawz

 Well it's been quite a while since I blogged anything.  Life went totally crazy last year.  I'm hoping to find some more me time to create this year AND blog them.

So this is my first post for the new year with a new challenge at Outlawz, The Outlawz Christmas Challenge can be found here.

I've joined the Christmas challenge so I have plenty of Christmas cards made by the end of the year!  Fingers crossed, I definitely didn't have enough this year.

This is my first inspiration for the new challenge, using a very old Stamping Bella Stamp I've had in my collection for over 10 years, called I believe in Santa.  I don't think you can get it any more.

I've coloured the image with Copics and matter it onto some design paper from Hobbycraft.  A very clean simple design to break me back into creating again haha.....

Mechanical

I'm a little late posting this for the first Wednesday of the month which means its time for our Outlawz Sketch challenge.  Life is a little crazy at the moment!

We've no sponsor this month, so I've chosen to use one of mu own images called Mechanical.  I've had this colouring on the go for quite a while.  When this sketch came up, I thought perfect opportunity to get it finished :)

The image has been coloured with Copics.
