For the Lads.....

......a little Northern UK / Yorkshire slang, lads meaning boys / men :D

Our forth Facebook challenge of the year is here.  This month we'd like to see your creations with aninmals the theme, "BIG / LITTLE GUYS".

For my inspiration today I'm using Spring Bike Ride, a perfect image for those young energetic boys

The image has been coloured with Copics, I've tried to make it looks liek he's kicking a littel dirt up as he races along.

My design paper is from Maja Design.  I've made the sentiment up from Tim Holtz sticker, in addition I've added the barking and the birds with a pen :)

Don't forget we have the blog challenge running until 14th May with a new challenge starting on 15th June.  Double your changes to win :)

Thanks for popping by for a look today.  Hope we'll see you at the challenge.

A Little Red Postbox

It's time for our next Christmas challenge at Outlawz (check it out here).  You can make anything you like as long as its Christmassy :)

I've used one of my own images Christmas Post Box for this one, inspired by a trip up to the Lake District where we saw a post box like this in a wall!

I've coloured the image with Copics and just added a wooden sentiment from Hobby Craft.

Thanks for popping by, hopefully see you at the challenge

I found some perfect design paper in my stash from Maja Design, a heart gem from Hobby Craft and a family sentiment, which is a Tim Holtz sticker.

You can find more inspiration on the challenge blog and in the Facebook group today.

It's an animal thing.....

Our third Facebook challenge of the year is here.  This month we'd like to see your creations with aninmals the theme, "IT's AN ANIMAL THING".

For my inspiration today I'm using Star Pup, it's not in Wendy's shop at the moment, but if you like him send Wendy a message and she'll be able to help you out ;)

The image has been coloured with Copics.  I wanted to keep a simple colour pallet so have used blues with a pop of brown.  The edges of the image have been distressed with a tool.

My design paper are from Maja Design and Hobby Craft.  I've used some Spellbinders letter for the sentiment.

Don't forget we have the blog challenge running until 14th April with a new challenge starting on 15th April.  Double your changes to win :)

Beary Merry Christmas

It time for our next Christmas challenge at Outlawz (check it out here).  You can make anything you like as long as its Christmassy :)

I've used an image from OddBall Art by Lizzy Love.  I'm not sure Lizzy has a shop anymore sadly.
I've coloured the image with Copics trying to make the bear look soft and fuzzy.

I've used some design paper from my stash to match the reds of the hat, heart and pencil.  Nothing else for this one, not even a sentiment to add :)

Thanks for popping by, hopefully see you at the challenge
