A new Favourite

I think I've got a new favourite colour combination, but we'll get onto that in a bit.

This month at Outlawz Sketch we're sponsored by Through The Craft Room Door.  A very special group for me this is where I began my crafty DT journey :)  Not only do they have a blog they also have an online magazine check them out here.
For my inspiration for this week, I've used an image from Hannah Lynn which is from one of the colouring classes at Kit & Clowder.  I've coloured this image using Copics and a white gel pen.

This is our sketch for this week

My papers are from My Favourite Things AND I'm loving this colour combination.  I picked it up from the image

Behind the image I've used the design paper cut with two Spellbinders dies to fit in with the sketch.

My only embellishment a few black gems.

Hope you like my inspiration fro this week and we see you at the challenge.

A little autumn

I won this Hannah Lynn image a while ago from Crafts and Me and decided it would be perfect to do some red hair.  Mixed with green clothes and eyes she make a perfect autumn colour combination.
I achieved this look by using ProMarkers, Copics and polychromos pencils.

Here's a close up of some of the flowers I've used.  This is a combination from Noor Design  and Wild Orchid Crafts.

The top right arrangement I added some of the leaves I cut off the brown roses form the bottom left arrangement.

The design papers are all different green shades from Maja Design.  All the design paper and the black card the image was mounted onto to frame it were distressed.

My final embellishments were two wooden hearts from the wedding section in Hobby Craft, table confetti :)

Hope you like my inspiration for today.  Thanks for taking the time to visit
