Pretty Paws

It's new release inspiration day at All Dressed Up.  For my inspiration today I'm using the very cute image called Pretty Paws, you can find it here in Wendy's shop :)

I've coloured her  with Copics in one of my favourite colours. 

I found some perfect design paper in my stash from Maja Design, a heart gem from Hobby Craft and a family sentiment, which is a Tim Holtz sticker.

Just saying Hi....

It's time for our next Christmas challenge at Outlawz (check it out here).  You can make anything you like as long as its Christmassy :)

I've used an image from ArtbyMiran Reindeer Friendship, the image isn't on Etsy any more, but some of her images still are :)
I've coloured the image with Copics

Just a simple layout with the image edged with green glitter paper from Hobbycraft to match to image colour theme.

For the Girlz........

Our second Facebook challenge of the year is here.  This month we'd like to see your creations "FOR THE GIRLZ".

For my inspiration today I'm using one of the images from Best Frocks, you can find these images in Wendy's shop here

The image has been coloured with Copics.  I've created a clean and simple design to showcase the image using some balck card, some design paper from my stash and sticker from Tim Holtz for the sentiment.

Winter Heart

It's new release inspiration day at All Dressed Up.  For my inspiration today I'm using the very cute image called Winter Heart, you can find her here in Wendy's Shop.

I've coloured her  with Copics in a colour combination that I don't often use but love!

I found some perfect design paper in my stash and matched it with some blue glitter card.

No other embellishments today. just a clean and simple design to showcase one of Wendy's fab new images,

Totally Christmas

 Yes this year I've joined the new team at Outlawz for our Christmas Challenge, hopefully so I'm more prepared for the season rather than running round last minute making Christmas cards!

This is my creation for our second challenge (check it out here).  You can make anything you like as long as its Christmassy :)

I've used an image from All Dressed Up called Snowman Hugs.  I've coloured the image with Copics, then added some embossing enamel for more snow!

I've used some design paper from my stash to match the snowman's scarf.  Also used a tiny Merry Christmas wooden sentiment from Hobby Craft.  Thanks for popping by, hopefully see you at the challenge :)

March Outlawz Sketch Challenge

Its the first Wednesday of the month which means its time for our Outlawz Sketch challenge.

We're sponsored this month by Anne's Digital Art, I'm using Suzy with Tree for my inspiration.

The image has been coloured with Copics and I've added some embossing enamel for snow.

These are our hints for March.

I've gone a different way with this one.  Concentrating on the greens for my Christmas card and I've used some star design paper from Lily of the Valley.

I've also used some black card for matting and a wooden Merry Christmas sentiment from Hobby Craft.

Having fun on an icy day

January Outlawz Sketch Challenge

I've used a circle (cut with a Spellbinders die) some leaves (cut with a Fantasy die) and the background matting paper all from the same paper from Studio Light. Just a simple sentiment made up from Tim Holtz stickers to finish the card off.

Back to School

I've coloured the image with Copics with a red, black and brown theme.  There's a little pop in there of orange as well :D

I've used a selection of design papers from Lemoncraft, Prima Marketing and Studio Light with some red and black card for matting.

Sketch upgrade at Outlawz

It's time for our new sketch challenge at Outlawz.  We've some fantastic prizes but haven't had many entries, so we've decided the change thing up a little.

First to tell you about the image I'm using, it's a Ching-Chou Kuik one, you can find Forget Me Knot it her shop here.

I've coloured her with Copics keeping a really simple colour pallet of green and white.  I've cut her out to matt onto a frame of black card cut out with a Spellbinders die.

So now for the sketch theme, were giving you a shape and hints of what to add to your card, nothing else, really easy we hope :)

Here's a close up of the paper flowers.  I've included and image with flowers as well so both count.  you don't have to do anything fancy, unless you really want to.

Behind the image is a section of beautiful cream lace.

The design paper I used is from Maja Design, and I've also used some black card.  Three black gems in the corner to complete the card.

Just us girlz....

Today is our new challenge at All Dressed Up in the Facebook Group.  This month our theme is GIRLS RULE.

I've made a summer scene up using two of Wendy's images.  Seashells and Sandy Beach.

I've coloured the images with Copics, fussy cutting the Seashells girl, she's got sticky pads behind her to make her stand out from the background, which gives her a little extra shadow.

Sweet as......

It's new release inspiration day at All Dressed Up.  For my inspiration today I'm using the very cute image As Sweet as Melon, you can find it here in Wendy's shop.

I've coloured the image with Copics with bright melon colours, offsetting with a lovely cream and green spotted dress.

Creating a CAS styled card to showcase the image I've used three papers to match the melon colours red and black card and some green design paper from Studio Light.

My sentiment is made up to match the image name from Tim Holtz stickers.
