Advent Freebie

Today is my day over at Kit and Clowder for the freebie givaway.  There are also extra chances to win so please make sure you read Alyce's post carefully :)

These little cuties are called Cool Couple.  I created this image especially for the giveaway at Kit and Clowder.  You can find them in my shop where you can use SKIANDREA10 to get 10% discount off my images

I've coloured the image with Copics.  I've created a textured background which I learned recently.  I've added some moon glow, sprinkled some white embossing enamel (which could either be stars or snow).  I've also added some snowtex where the penguins are sitting :)

The design papers from First edition, the black card and image were all distressed with a Tonic Solutions tool.

Added extra some pearl gems, a couple of green wood leave and a white paper flower, some pom pom trim, a white clay heart and a laser cut wood chip sentiment.

I may give this card to my hubby for Christmas - but then again there's still time to create - hee hee!

I've coloured Angelica with Copics, ProMarkers and polychromos pencils giving her a starry night backdrop.  The stars were created by sprinkling some embossing enamel.

The edges of the image were distressed before mounting onto the card.

Around the edges is a biro doodles border and rhine stones - nice and simple to showcase the image.

I coloured her with ProMarkers, blending out the colours to almost white in places to give an ethereal fairy effect.  Added to that was a little black polychromos pencil to add a real contrast of depth to the shading.

When I mounted her onto the card I added lashings of glitter using DecoArt Glamour Dust.

Here's what the black and white version looks like before I coloured it.

I distressed some design paper from First Edition and Lili of the Valley.

A sprinkling of Petaloo Darjeeling paper flowers and a button sentiment from Lemoncraft completes the look

This image is All Dressed Up for Christmas which I've coloured with ProMarkers.  I've added some white gel pen and some sparkle in the form of DecoArt glitter to the tree and the fairy wings.  I've also used the glitter on the die cut icicles (Marianne Design).

I've cut the image out and distressed the edges then mounted it onto the white card to give the whole card a clean crisp look.

The star charm with the bit of bling in it is from Live and Love Crafts and the pearl string from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The tiny purple glittery hearts are stickers I've added to compliment the colour scheme are from Paperchase.

The image I've used is Three Little Christmas Girls.  They've been coloured with ProMarkers and I've made them into a CAS style card.  I've done some doodling around the edge of the image.
