Bee Happy

Today is the last inspiration for the month using Jan's Digi Stamps at Outlawz Sketch

For my inspiration this time I'm using Honey Bees, the image has been colours with Copic.  I hand cut the oval shape to go inside the Spellinders die cut cut from black card.

Here's our sketch for the next two weeks.

My design papers are from First Edition and I've also used some more black card for framing.  The Bee Happy sentiment was made up from Tim Holtz stickers and I've also used a black enamel heart to finish.

Flower Bonnet

This is my second lot of inspiration for Outlawz Sketch using images from our sponsor this month, Jan's Digi Stamps.  I'm using Bonnet Bouquet which has been coloured with Copics.

I've fussy cut the image, then hand cut a diamond shape to mount the image onto adding shading to the bottom of it.

This is our sketch for the next two weeks.

My design papers are from First Edition and I've also used some black card.

There a section of Gosgrain ribbon behind the image and I've also used a wood chip sentiment from Scrapniec to finish the card.

Huge Daisies

A few of my DT ladies have been colouring my gnomes up as a younger version, so I thought I'd take their inspiration and give it a go :)

I tired to pick rustic earthy colours for my gnomes which I've coloured with Copics.  I've left the background plain for I could add a few things to it.

I've used some leftover strips of papers in reds to make a mini handmade banner, one has tiny hearts which I though appropriate for the image.  A couple of silver dragonfly charms and an XOXO wood chip sentiment complete the card.

Little Robot Family

Sharing something a little fun with you today.  I decided the other month Bob might need a girlfriend.  So I've done him a little family, girl robot and dog robot.  Actually along the way I've rounded him out a little, see if you can spot the differences.

I coloured the image using Copics keeping a metal these of different greys for silvers and yellows for gold.  After colouring the image I then decided to fussy cut them (took me ages!).

I found lots of lovely grey papers in my stash and has already got the yellow spotted one die cut from another project.

I've added a few yellow enamel dots to the background for interest and a wood chip XOXO sentiment coloured with Copics to match them card theme.

Today is our new release inspiration at All Dressed Up.  I've combined two images for this card Rainbow Smiles and Hang In There.

The images has been coloured with Copics and a while paint pen.  Added to it are a few enamel dots to add to the magic :)

Star Gazing

So I've had this image printed a while, it's called Christmas Eve because the's a version with a sleigh across a moon, BUT included in the images you get this one which is just the child and dog.  I was supposed to be in the Lake District this week and we had to cancel our hols so I get a little extra creating time :)

I've coloured the image with Copics and given the background some texture with a sponge and Copic cleaner.

My hubby wondered what the boy and dog were staring at, once I added some pink glittery embossing enamel to create a Milky Way he got it straight away :) 

No embellishments to this one, I've just used a white acrylic pen to add in a few random stars.

Wishing for Summer

It's our new challenge day at All Dressed Up in the Facebook Group.  Our theme for this month is Die Cuts and / or Punches.

For my inspiration I'm using Pretty Lashes, she's been coloured with Copics and then hand cut to fit into the oval die from Spellbinders.

I've used design papers from 13 Arts, My Favourite Things and some black card.  There's a section of golden organza ribbon I've had in my stash fro ages and a few black gems.
