Tiddly Reindeer

I'm using a Tiddly Inks image for my Outlawz Sketch Creation this month.

We've no sponsor this time, so that gives me an opportunity to colour some images in my stash I've had to do, like FOREVER!

This image is called Reindeer Games, I've coloured it with my Copics.

This is our sketch until 2nd January.

Ive used design paper from Maja Design and some Kraft card.

The sentiment, ribbon and wooden start I've also had in my stash for ages, about time I stopped hoarding! :D

Jigsaw

It's Outlawz Sketch time, can you believe a month has gone by already!

For my inspiration today I'm using a Tiddly Inks image called Awareness.

The image has been coloured with Copics, I've added on the hearts and writing to the jigsaw pieces.

This is our sketch for the next month.

My design papers are from Santoro, the Sentiment was cut from some scrapbooking papers from UHK Design.  The tiny banner was cut with a die.

Reindeer lessons

Christmas is coming and our new challenge at the ABC Challenge is R for Red, Ribbon and Reindeer sponsored by Live and Love Crafts.

I've used a cutie image from Tiddly Inks called Reindeer Games.  The image was coloured with ProMarkers, Copics and black polychromos pencil.

I've gone for a simple layout to showcase the image.  Used in this card are black card stock and one design paper from Maja Design

Heart ribbon and a Merry Christmas ribbon complete the look with a few black gems.

Finally one I'm happy with

I keep having a go at clean and simple cards buy I've not done one yet I'm completely happy with until now.  About bloomin time!! :D

The image I've used here is Owlways Love You from Tiddly Inks.

I've coloured it with ProMarkers and Copics and left with a wider section below the image of white space.

The design paper is left over pieces from doing other cards and is from Lili of the Valley.

The string was cut off some old tags and I've finished off with some black gems.

So happy :D

A Lil Geek Love

I work with geeks - lots of them, so this card ought to appeal to them.  Our company is made up of at least 75% who work in the labs :D

This fab image is from Tiddly Ink called Chemical Love.  I've added in a little extra which is the chemical symbols making up the LUV sentiment.

Coloured with ProMarkers, I've kept the design clean and simple just using some plain black card stock, some black gems and a heart sticker from Paperchase.

Be mine

Hunting around for Valentine's / Love / Romance images I came across this one.  This wonderful creation is from Tiddly Inks and is called Vamp Me.

I'm a great Vampire fan, I used to watch all the old black and white vampire movies on a Friday and Saturday night when I slept over at my grandparents house when I was young.  All the classic old Christopher Lee and Perter Cushing - sigh such happy memories :D

Anyway before you all think I'm totally weird LOL!! I've coloured this image with Copics, ProMarkers and a black polychromos pencil.  I've fussy cut round the bottom of her hair so I could overhang it onto the background design paper.

The circle is cut with a Spellbinders die.  I've distressed the edges of the design paper from First Edition.  The sentiment was hand written in biro.  I've used a tiny pink heart sticker from Paperchase and some pink gems.

Leaving cards are so difficult to make for guys, but I was lucky enough to find this image from Tiddy Inks - he's called Big Bad Dad.

I've coloured it with ProMarkers and mounted him onto some black card stock.

Design papers are from Lili of the Valley, Prima Marketing and I can't remember where I got the cog paper from - sorry :(

The sentiment was printed on my computer using Mia's Scribblings font.

I've also added some tiny black gems and some cogs from Tim Holtz.

Reindeer lovin

I think this is the only Christmas card I've made specifically for a couple.  The image is one from Tiddy Inks called Reindeer Kisses

I've dug out my Copics for this one as I'm still not 100% confident using them and I NEED more practise.  Once coloured I've cut it out with a Spellbinders die and used some antique linen distress ink on the edges.

The design papers are all from First Edition and layered at angles.

In addition there are some red gems, a Merry Christmas sentiment ribbon from my stash, a poinsettia with some small fabric holly leaves and a red heart sticker.

Tiddy Christmas

This has got to be the cutest girl reindeer double I've seen.  The image is a Tiddy Inks one called Reindeer Games.

I've used Copics to colour the image and love the rich tines that they've produced.

I've kept the design clean and simple just using one design paper behind the image layer from Maja Designs.

The sentiment is a chipboard one from Hobby Craft which I've coloured with red Copic and I've finished the card off with some red gems.

Although I'm not brilliant at producing them myself yet I do love CAS cards.

I've been dying to make a new home card for a long time - today I finally managed to make one :D

I've used Wryn Heart Home from Tiddly Inks and coloured it with ProMarkers.

I wanted to keep this one very simple, so I printed it large, cut it out and distressed the edges.

I've then mounted it onto a card and done some doodling round the edge of the card and the image.

Added to this are some black gems and a New Home sentiment from a Lili of the Valley art pad coloured with ProMarkers.

At least now I'm prepared next time someone asks me for a new home card :D

Sleeping under the stars

I'm really short of baby cards again - so when I saw this little image while I was browsing Christmas images the other day I thought it was just perfect.

The image is Sleep Tight from Tiddly Inks which I've coloured with ProMarkers.  It's been cut out with a Spellbinders die the edges with vintage photo distress ink from Tim Holtz.

I've also added some DecoArt glamour dust sprinkled onto the moon and stars.

The papers are from Maja Designs and First Edition.  All have been edged with vintage photo distress inks.

I've added a few stars and gems scattered across the card.  The wooden letters to make BABY were from a shop local to me called SprinkLynn Gems which I bought a while ago.

Right I'm prepared for someone else having a buy now :D

I didn't plan this card at all - sometimes this is when things come out best it appears.  I'd coloured the image the other day at work and then realised I hadn't left myself enough room with the other images on the card to use a die, so I fussy cut it out.

The image is Winterlights Wryn from Tiddly Inks and I've used ProMarkers to colour it with.

I was browsing design papers for a guest design spot for another blog and spotted this one with a starry night and moon.  This is the idea I came up with :D

The paper is from Christmas with Wellington.

The hilly background is cut out using a Spellbiners die and the trees are done using a Marianne Design die.  The trees have had some Tim Holtz antique lines distress in applied and then I've gone mad with the snowtex - LOL!

Painting hearts

I loved this Tiddly Inks image (Wryn - Heartfelt Love) when I saw it and in honour of my mum who likes red and orange I decided to colour it in these colours using ProMarkers :)

AND more to the point I've done another CAS card - I must be feeling ill!!

The card has been created using red, white and black card stock.  The red and black self adhesive gems are from Hobby Craft.

The valentines sentiment is home made/printed and I've used a Spellbinders die to cut it out.

Ok onto more experiments and embellished cards now that's enough of the CAS stuff.... I need to get back to normal!

Dreaming of a white Christmas

I've only done two tiddly Inks images so far.  This second one is Winter Light Wishes - Wryn coloured with ProMarkers I decided to do both animals white.  The image is cut with a Spellbinders die and I've added some snow soft around the polar bears feet.

The sketch I've used for this card is one from Creative Inspirations.  Papers are from Lili of the Valley Frosty Christmas.  The snowflake theme is continued from the paper with some sparkly Dress It Up snowflake buttons.

The flower embellishments, leaves, and stamen are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and the Ribbon Girl.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas is stamped with chestnut distress ink using a sentiment from Lili of the Valley Christmas Grungy Messages. added to the sentiment are some tiny blue self adhesive gems.  The final touch are some pearlised white self adhesive gems.

Contrary to the card I'm not dreaming of a white Christmas - it makes getting to work very difficult!

Who says trees can't be pink

I've recently started discovering digi images and knew what I wanted to do with this Tiddly Inks one (Skater Wryn) straight away when I saw it.  She's coloured in ProMarkers and cut out with a Spellbinders die.  I've sketched and coloured a reflection of her skate underneath in the ice.  I've also added some grey and glitter around the lower half to create an ice look.

The sketch I've used is a Creative Inspirations one.  Papers are from LOTV/Raspberry Road Designs Mr & Mrs and LOTV/NitWits Solids Always and Forever and Bonnets and Bowties.

I used a Marianne Designs die to cut the tress out and did two of them pink, yes you can see right that's pink trees :)  The sentiment is from Christmas Grungy Messages (shhh.... I went shopping the other day when Lili of the Valley had their late opening and there were three for two offers on).  I've added a splash of pink to the sentiment as well :)  The final touch are some white self adhesive gems from Hobby Craft.

I think you can see crafting in pink makes me happy!  Hope you love her, I'm not quite sure who I'm going to give her to yet!
