Beary Merry Christmas

It time for our next Christmas challenge at Outlawz (check it out here).  You can make anything you like as long as its Christmassy :)

I've used an image from OddBall Art by Lizzy Love.  I'm not sure Lizzy has a shop anymore sadly.

I've coloured the image with Copics trying to make the bear look soft and fuzzy.

I've used some design paper from my stash to match the reds of the hat, heart and pencil.  Nothing else for this one, not even a sentiment to add :)

Snow Ride

It's new release inspiration day at All Dressed Up.  For my inspiration today I'm using the very cute image Snow Rdie, you can find it here in Wendy's shop

I've coloured the image with Copics, showcasing it with a hint of blue background.

My Design paper is from Studio Light, the banner made up from scraps of left over papers.

No embellishments or sentiments on this one, that was it can either be a winter birthday card or a Christmas card :)

Back to School

It's new release inspiration day at All Dressed Up.  For my inspiration today I'm using the very cute image Back to School Girl, you can find it here in Wendy's shop

I've coloured the image with Copics with a red, black and brown theme.  There's a little pop in there of orange as well :D

I've used a selection of design papers from Lemoncraft, Prima Marketing and Studio Light with some red and black card for matting.  

Keeping with one of the themes for the current Facebook challenge - layers.  My sentiment is made up from Tim Holtz stickers.

Getting one in early

 Today is our new challenge at All Dressed Up in the Facebook Group.  This month our theme is WINGS / TAILS / PAWS (including fairies).

I've chosen these cuties to colour this month, the image is called Sleepy Bear.  Thought I'd make an early start on my Christmas card because I never make enough. 

 

I've coloured the image with Copics and used some embossing enamel for snow.

My design paper is from Lemoncraft and I've also used some red card.  The sentiment I got form Hobby Craft last year.

We're back after our break at All Dressed Up!

For our 1st February Facebook Challenge the them is CUTENESS OVERLOAD!

I've chosen to use Present Surprise for my inspiration, you can find it here in Wendy's shop.

 

I've coloured the image with Copics in blue and lime green to make it pop.

I've found some design papers in similar colours from Maja Design and Studio Lite.

The sentiment is made up from Tim Holtz stickers.

We'll be back on 7th February for some new release inspiration.

Happy 2023 everyone, hope it's a wonderful year for everyone.

Today is our All Dressed Up Facebook Challenge, this time out theme is Make It Cute (not very hard to do with Wendy's images!)

I'm using Pitter Patter Rain Drops for my inspiration today, you can find it here in the shop.

The images has been coloured with Copics in a clean and simple design to showcase the image.

I've used some UHK scrapbooking paper and some black card for matting.

The two tiny banners have been cut with a die and the hearts are also from the middle of a banner die.  I've added a few extra gems to the card as well.

Christmas Bear

It's our Facebook challenge today at All Dressed Up, this month we'd love to see your Clean and Simple creations.

I'm using the image Christmas Bear which is kicking off the Kit & Clowder freebies in December.  It's not actually in Wendy's shop so you'll need to pop over to make sure you grab it :)

I've coloured the image us in a CAS style for the challenge inspiration using Copics.

The sentiment was created at the time of printing.  I've used some black card and some Crafter's Companion design paper for matting.

Bearing Presents

Its Outlaws Sketch day, this month we're  being sponsored by Di's Digi's.  I'm using Bearing Presents for my inspiration this time.

The image has been coloured with Copics.  I've cut him out with a partial oval to fit in with our sketch, which you can see below.

My design papers are from First Edition and Lili of the Valley.  All the paper have been distressed with a Tonic Solutions tool.

I've finished the card off with a wooden sentiment which I got from Hobby Craft.

Bears in a Snow Storm

The new Facebook Challenge start in the All Dressed Up Facebook Group today.  This month we'd love to see your cute creations.

Big Heart

Rather than make a Valentines card with Big Heart I decided to make a more generic one that could be used for anniversaries :)

The image has been coloured with Copics then fussy cut ready for the card.

I've used lots of heart papers layered up for my card but used a tree one for the background behind the bear.  the heart was cut out of red card using a Fantasy die.  The sentiment "you & me" is cut out of some scrapbooking paper.

Little Star

It's our second lot of new release inspiration for the month from All dressed Up.  Today I'm using Star, you can find the image here in Wendy's shop.

I was very short of time this month, time just seems to have got away from me this month so I've just done a single layered card.

She's been coloured with Copics.

The sentiment I created at the time of printing has also been coloured with Copics.

A scattering of embossing enamel for sparkle and texture to finish off.

Hi....

I'm honoured to be a GDT at Rabisco challenge today.  How amazing we get to use images from Lee Holland! :D

Today I'm using Panda Sitting with Butterfly for my inspiration, only I've coloured it more like a soft cuddly bear ;)

The image has been coloured with Copics

I've scattered a little embossing enamel for interest and cut a hi sentiment out with some die letters.  Behind that I've added some sparkly blue paper to go with the butterfly.

Our Little Family

I've used a white gel pen for highlights in the bears eyes and noses.

Turtles! :)

So we have our new challenge starting today at Outlawz Sketch, with our wonderful sponsor Di's Digi Stamps!

I'm using Turtle Parade for my inspiration today.  The image has been coloured with Copics to create a single layer card!  When I printed the image I added a few more turtles to fit in with the sketch :)

Here's our sketch for the next two weeks.

I've done something really different with my card this time.  I usually add lots of layers and design papers. But when I saw the image and sketch it inspired my to make a single layered card!

So the moon is the circle and the extra turtles make up the flower border int he sketch.  There's also a tiny silver star charm instead of the ribbon.

Of course I've messed with it and added some embossing enamel, my favourite for starry night scenes.  Then there's the sentiment made up from Tim Hotlz Stickers.
