Distressed

I'm hosting the first of the challenges over at Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge - we'd love to see your distressing for the next two weeks.

I got myself a few Hannah Lynn images around Christmas time and decided to use one of these for my inspirations today.  I've coloured Librarian Girl Tattoo with Copics using my favourite pink!  I couldn't quite get the depth I wanted to the hair and didn't want to use it so I used a little black polychromos pencil for the extra depth.

I've distressed the edges of the image with Spun Sugar ink from Tim Holts.  After that I scattered some embossing enamel around the edges of the image.

I this next picture you can see a close up of the flowers I've used.  All these were bought from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The lace you can see underneath it was my last piece of this particular one which I got from Noor Design.

The design papers are from Studio Lite.  All these and the image were distressed with a Tonic Solutions tool.

The heart bunting was cut with a Fantasy die from some paper from Wild Rose Studio.  I've added some vintage sea binding tied in a bow.  The wood chip hearts I got from Scrap and Craft.

Thanks for taking a look today - hope to see you at the challenge.  I get to pick the top three this time.
