Our theme today at the ABC Challenge is C is for Cute and this fantastic free image, Cute Just Got Cuter is available as a freebie from our sponsor today on their blog challenge - All Dressed Up.
I've coloured him with Copics and cut him out with a Spellbinders die. I've then used another Spellbinder die to cut out the fancy circle behind him to mount him on.
The paper I've used to day are from Lili of the Valley, First Edition and Maja Designs.
The sentiment is from a Lili of the Valley Art pad and I've added a couple of blue dragonfly dress it up buttons.
The beautiful ribbon it a Santoro Gorjust one and the gems are from Scrap Berry's.
