New release image - Mindy.....

Mindy available now in my Etsy shop click here - this little monkey used to regularly stalk the Christmas baubles under the tree then get grumpy when we told her off :D

Favourite Flowers & sponsoring.....

I'm sharing my favourite flowers with you today. This is Freesia Vase which you can get in my Etsy shop. I created this digi when Diane Louise asked me to sponsor Crafty Friends for their new challenge starting today.

Their theme is Pink, White and Green and I'm honoured to also be their guest designer today too :D

The image has been coloured with ProMarkers and I've added some polychromos pencils for extra shading. So far I've created two cards with this image and both have been CAS style. It just seems to be perfect for it, but I'm sure you could use it for more fussy and fancy style cards too :D

This is a simple one layer card with some doodling round the edges. The For You sentiment was created and printed as the same time as the digi.

My only embellishments are a scattering of rhine stones and a couple of sliver dragonfly charms.

No Embellies!!

First day of the month so a new Facebook challenge at All Dressed Up. Out them for this month is Girly. This one is nov and easy so hopefully many of you will join in!

I've gone CAS today and the image I've used is Autumn Girl. She's been coloured with ProMarkers and then fussy cut ready to mount onto the card.

I printed a Thinking of You sentiment onto some plain white card stock the layered my design papers from Studio Light over the top. The curves papers were all cut by hand.

That's it sweet and simple but so very effective. I think this has got to be one of my favourite CAS cards

I'm sharing with you my inspiration for the new challenge at The ABC Challenge - the theme this time is K is for Kind. We'd love to see your thank you cards!

The image I'musing here is Sugi's Strawberries which I've coloured with Copics then cut out with a Spellbinders die. To frame the image I've used red and black card stock cut with two different Spellbinders dies.

I decided to make a thank you gift bag, first time I've made a gift bag and I definitely need to make more of these.

The design papers are from Lili of the Valley and Maja Design. I've also used some red card stock

The sentiment is a Lili of the Valley one, coloured with Copics.

Chocolate & Cookies

I love this cute image from Di's Digi Designs - it's called Hot Chocolate & Cookies

I've coloured the image using ProMarkers and Copics, cut it out with a Spellbinders die and distressed the edges with Milled Lavender ink from tim Holtz.

The design papers are from Joy Crafts and Maja Design. The banner has been cut from two design papers then mounted one over the top of the other using a La La Land die.

The hearts from the die have been aded to the card. I've used a Lili of the Valley sentiment coloured with ProMarker and a few pearl gems to finish off.

Sunny Colours

The current challenge at Oddball Art on the blog is Here Comes the Sun. We'd like you include a sun in your creation. Lizzy has created some sun's see image 313!

BUT as this is reminder week and it's anything goes for us DT gals doing the inspiration for you - instead of using a sun I've used sunny colours!
