The image has been coloured with Copics and then fussy cut.

This is our sketch for the next two weeks.

Design papers from my stash are in similar colours to the image.

I've added a doily behind the image, some satin pink ribbon (framing the image) and a sentiment made up from Tim Holtz stickers.

Catching Leaves

We have a new image at SheepSki Designs called Catching Leaves, I've decided to use it for my inspiration for the new Facebook Challenge.  We haven't quite reached the autumn thing here yet where I live but i suspect we will soon.  the weather has changed and its colder now.

The images had been coloured with Copics. The edge of the card has been distressed wit Tim Holtz Vintage Phot ink.  I've also scattered two colours of embossing enamel to add a little interest.

My design paper is from Lemoncraft peeping out from behind the image.

Purple Dragon

 

I'm using Almost Cute Dino No 2 for my inspiration at Colour Crazy Craft Challenge today, you can find it here in the Mirtillamente shop, he is just so cute!

I've coloured him with Copics in my favourite colour combination and then fussy cut him.  I wanted a fairly simple design for a boy card so I've just used a section of black card and some design paper from Hobby Craft.

The sentiment is a chippy coloured with Copics, in a lovely bright blue to make it stand out.  Then I've added a few sequins and gems in purple and blues to match the card colour scheme.

I decided to use some Christmas papers from Dovecraft, matched with design paper from 13@Arts and some black card.  The tag was cut out with a die.

 

No embellishments apart from a thin section of ribbon for the tab and to match in with the sketch theme.

Its a Stack

Needing to get my skates on and get a few Christmas card made :)

I'm using Stack for my inspiration for the SheepSki Designs blog inspiration today, where the challenge is FEATURE A CREATURE.  You can find it here in the shop where you can get 10% off all images by quoting SKANDREA10 at checkout.

I've coloured the image with Copics, creating a snowy night scene with traditional Christmas colours.

I've used some red card to mat it and embossing enamel for snow.  I was concentrating so much on the snow at the bottom of the card I made have gone a bit overboard with the snow in the night sky haha!

The sentiment was created at the time I printed the image.

Hobby Horse

This little guy from All Dressed Up is so cute, I've not used him yet and our challenge for the Facebook Group this time is "We Love Our Boys" perfect opportunity.  Also I need to get some Christmas card made!

You can find Hobby Horse here in Wendy's shop.  I've coloured him with Copics and then fussy cut him.

The design paper in the back ground behind where I've used a die cut is from First Edition, as is the multicoloured strip towards the bottom of the card.  I was doing a bit of not wasting things here by using off cuts and left overs :)

The trees have been cut with a die as well.  I've added some snow to the white card and trees with embossing enamel.

The sentiment is a new addition to my stash from Hobby Craft, they've already got some Christmas stash in the shops - yay!!  Much to my hubby's disgust (he's so Bah humbug).
