Pastel Tulips for Spring

The images has been coloured with Copics.  Then behind and around I've added some embossing enamel, with a couple of silver dragonfly charms.  I've chosen the image with a Spring theme in mind for both the flowers and colours.

My design paper is from Craft and You and i've used some Kraft card.  The scalloped border was cut with Spellbinders dies.
