So onto my card. A little while ago I created Snowmen Selfie some of you should have picked it up as a freebie. It's on my challenge blog.
I've coloured the image with ProMarkers and polychromos pencils
I used black soot ink from Tim Holtz on the edges and then distressed it, it was then mounted onto some black card.
Papers are from Maja Design and JoyCrafts, a bit more black card and a couple of scraps of left over paper (I've LOTS of these to use up). I've added some film strip from Tim Hotlz, a couple of tiny cameras and a couple of sentiments from Scrapienic.
I then decided to go mad with a while gel pen and add lots of dots for snow :D

ReplyDeleteHA! So it's proMarkers and polychromos pencils. Not Copic. No wonder I can't achieve this gorgeous look. Maybe I should give up copic coloring and switch to these medias instead? LOL. You will have to educate me about these items when you have some free time Andrea. And I just love these snowmen selfie. They're probably the most cutest bunch of snowmen I have ever seen. So full of joy and fun. When I first saw them though, instantly I thought it would be neat to create a winter scene card with them...having them looking into a house through a window from outside because of how they all squeeze together. But I absolutely love your layout here and the colors choice! There a sense of warmth, joy and peace just looking at your card Andrea. Beautifully colored and composed.
