A little shabby chic

Today I'm honoured to be a GDT at CRAFT Challenge.  SheepSki Designs is sponsoring them.  Their theme is Shabby Chic so this gave me an opportunity to make a style of card I've not done for a while.

The image I've used is called Alana, you can find her here.  She's been coloured with Copics.

Here's a close up of a section of flowers, these are mainly paper which I've had in my stash for ages.

Behind the flowers you can see a section of the lace I've used.  The is another close up of the flowers from the other side of the card.

the image has been distressed with Walnut Stain ink from Tom Holtz and a Tonic Solutions tool.

Behind the image you can see a doily and around the image I've scattered some embossing enamle.

My design papers are from 13Arts and the tiny tags from Maja Design.

To finish off I've added some pearls and a couple fo silver dragonfly charms.

Hummingbird

I have no idea where the last two weeks went, but here we are already for the second lot of inspiration using images from Createful Heart, our sponsors at Outlawz Sketch this month

I'm using Humming Bird Fuchsia Flowers for my inspiration.

The image has been coloured with Copics.

My design paper is from Lemoncraft and I've also used some black card.

I've finished the image off with a twist of skinny ribbon from my stash and two black gems,

Meadow Flowers

It's Wednesday and Outlawz Sketch time!  This month we're sponsored by Createful Heart.  I'm using Meadow Flowers for my inspiration, you can find it here.

Sand Castles

It's new challenge day in the All Dressed Up Facebook Group.  We had a girly theme last month so this time it's the turn of the boys.

I'm using Sand Castles for my inspiration, you can find it here in the shop.

I've coloured the image with Copics making. single layer card.

In the sky and the dark areas of sand I've added a little embossing enamel for a bit of added extra.
