Party Shoes

I've done a quick simple colouring of a new image this week called Party Shoes.  you can find it here in the shop where you can get 10% off all images by quoting SKIANDREA10 at checkout.

This is me on a night out I can never keep high heeled shoes on my feet because they hurt too much :)

I've coloured it with Copics and vaguely sketched in a street.

The framing is done with some red card matching the dress.  I love this colour combination because it's so striking.  I've used a few gems and a wood chip sentiment coloured with Copics.

My design papers are from Jodie Lee Designs and Lemoncraft.

The edges of the papers have been distressed with a Tonic Solutions Tool.  No embellishments for this one :)

Today is the day for our second lot of inspiration for All Dressed Up's new release images by the Dressy Girls.

I've coloured the image with Copics and added some star gems and a silver star charm.

My design paper is from Fist Edition and Hobby Craft.  The sentiment I've had in my stash for ages.

Feeling Spaced Out

One of the recent additions to the shop is Retro Rocket, you can find it here and by using SKANDREA10 at checkout you can get 10% off all images.

There a re a few PNGs with this image so you can create your own scene.  I've used the full scene for this card.

I've coloured it with Copics, creating a starlit sky and galaxy feel.

Some embossing enamel with glitter adds a sparkle to the spacey feel (not that you can see it very well in these photos), a tiny silver star charm and a sentiment "go flight" is made from Tim Holtz Stickers.

GDT at CCC Digi Creations

I'm honoured today to be a Guest Designer at CCC Digi Creations.  There them is Sparkle and / or Shine

 

I'm using Mindy's Surprise Party for my inspiration.  I've coloured the image with Copics giving some shine to her balloons, hair, streamers and confetti.

Around the image you can also see a few gems to add to the confetti.

I've created a simple single layers with an added red bank at the bottom.  The sentiment is made up from Tim Holtz stickers.

Country Girl

1st of the month and our challenge at All Dressed Up in the Facebook group has just gone live.  This month we'd love to see your Girly Girlz!!

I've chosen to use one of Wendy's more recent images called Country Girl for my inspiration today

The images has been coloured with Copics leaving plenty of scary white space.

I've cut the image card just short of the card itself and distressed the edges.

All I've added are a few gems and a sentiment made from Tim Holtz Stickers.
