New me.........

I know the idea is good but I'm sure I'm not going to be lifting weights like this, unless they're feathers haha!

This is one of Wendy's newly released images for January.  You can find New Me in her Etsy shop here.

The images has been coloured with Copics in one of my favourite colour combinations, pink and teal.

I've used a mix of design papers from First Edition, Santoro and Maja Design.  One section was cut with a die from Dies to Die for.

The banner section at the bottom was hand cut and I've added a few pink pearls to finish.

What's Up Buttercup.....

This is my second lot of inspiration for Outlawz Sketch.  SheepSki Designs are sponsoring us this week.  Nice and easy because that's me :)

I've used Buttercups, an image I've only just finished this week, you can find it here in the shop where you can get 10% off all images by quoting SKIANDREA10 at checkout.

The image has been coloured with Copics.  I've hand cut the oval shape to fit into the black card cut with a Spellbinders die.

 

This is our sketch for the next two weeks.

My design papers are from Joy Crafts and some scraps from First Edition, I've also used some more black card.

Finally a couple of dots black gems to finish.

Doodling

I've had Mel's Crow printed for ages but couldn't decide what to do with him.   You can find him here in the shop where you can get 10% off all images by quoting SKIANDREA10 at checkout.

I got to thinking about people not seeing friends and families for a while with lock down so thought a Saying Hi card would be nice :)

I sketched in a cloudy background, this and the image have been coloured with my Copics.  There's a little embossing enamel scattered around the clouds.

Behind the image I've added some Film Strip from Tim Holtz.

I've added a sentiment "Fly by to say Hi" using Tim Holtz stickers.  I've done quote a bit of doodling with a liner pen, sound the ova;, the edges fo the card, a smiley face and if you look carefully you can see some flying birds behind the film strip at the top.

A few while gems and a couple of enamel arrows to finish.

This is our sketch for the next two weeks.  I've messed about with it flipping it on it's side and one of the elements.

I've used black card and some geometric design papers.  I've used a Fantasy die for the banner elements.  Finally a few smokey grey gems to complete the look.

     Wow can you believe it's a new year!  So many of us will be so happy to see the back of 2020!

Our Facebook challenge at All Dressed up starts in the Facebook Group today, our theme this month is SOMETHING SIMPLE.

I've decided to make a happy birthday card for my inspiration today using Love to Bake, you can find it in the shop here.

The image has been coloured with Copics.

I've used some blue glitter papers and some design paper from First Edition to match the colours of the image.

The sentiment is a wood chip one coloured with Copics.

Feeling Happy

It snowed the other day here in the UK, so this inspired me to make Head Stand into a Christmas card.  He's one of the happiest snowmen I've seen in a snowstorm!  You can find him here in the shop where you can get 10% off all images by quoting SKIANDREA10 at checkout.

I've created him for our latest challenge at SheepSki Designs - the theme this month is ANYTHING YOU WANT (a nice easy one for the new year)

I've made a single layer card adding some embossing enamel for a snow storm.

The only other thing I've added is a silver wooden sentiment I got in Hobby Craft.
