A Little Surprise

 

We have a little surprise for you today at SheepSki Designs in the Facebook Group.  Sandra & I have teamed up to bring you a free image for Thanksgiving

Sandra drew the original sketch using some flowers from her garden.  I added some leaves and stems for her and converted it into a digi :)

The image you can see here has been coloured with Copics.  I've then fussy cut it to go on the card.

The background was created with a stencil and some Vintage Photo ink from Tim Holtz.  I've frame it with some black card, added some ribbon from my stash that I've had for ages (from Santoro I think it was), finally a few clear sparkly gems and a wood chip sentiment coloured with black Copic.

It's Wednesday Sketch time again at Outlawz, not quite sure where the last two weeks went!

We're sponsored this month by Jan's Digi Stamps, I'm using Brighten the Holidays for my inspiration.

The image has been coloured with Copics, I've used two different embossing enamels and some Vintage Photo ink from Tim Holtz to distress the edges.

Here's our sketch for this next two weeks.

My design papers are from First Edition and the other one is a bit of a mystery.  I've lots the top of the pack so if anyone recognises it maybe they can tell me :)

I've finished off the card with some tiny red gems, and instead of a sentiment I've used the design paper to spread the season's wishes!

That time of the year

It's our Facebook Group Challenge day at SheepSki Designs.  I've chosen to use a new image for some inspiration called Christmas Stocking.  You can find it here in the shop where you can get 10% off all images at checkout by quoting SKIANDREA10.

It come as the bunny in the bed and a scene.

Here's a close up of it.  I've created a single layer card just to showcase the image.

I dig out my Copics and decided to colour the scene, just to see what it would come out like.

All I've added is a sentiment "that time of the year" made up from Tim Holtz sticker.

Where is the time going, we're in November and it's new sketch time for Outlawz Sketch.  This month we're sponsored by Jan's Digi Stamps

I'm using a cute little image called Caroling, I've coloured it with Copics and then hand cut it to go inside some design paper cut with a Spellbinders die.  Added to the image is a little embossing enamel for a snow effect.

Here's our sketch for the next two weeks.

I've used a mixture of design papers from First Edition, Maya Design and something else that I've lost the top of so I don't know who's it is (sorry).

For the sentiment I've added a wood chip Scrapiniec one and a wood red star.

Ginger Hot Tub

November's SheepSki Designs challenge this month is themed CHRISTMAS AND / OR SPARKLE.

I've used a new image called Ginger Hot Tub for my inspiration, you can find it here in the shop.  If you quote SKIANDREA10 at checkout you can get 10% off all the images.

The images have been coloured with Copics and I've used a white gel pen for the highlights in the eyes.

Santa

 

Our November challenge starts at All Dressed Up today in the Facebook Group.  Our these for this month is FEELING CHRISTMASSY!

I've chosen to use an Santa for my creation this time.  He's been coloured with Copics.

To make the background I've used my Copic cleaner a sponge and my blender pen.

No embellishments for this card just a single layer colouring.

Don't forget as well as having the Facebook group we also have a blog challenge.
