Walkies of a different kind

I'd had this image planned for a while and with everyone stuck inside it made me think about dog walkers, so I decided to finish the image off.  Instead of walking a dog the gnome is walking a caterpillar, coz hey, how would a gnome be walking a dog.  I'm finding it a little too easy to get into the mind of a gnome (a little worrying perhaps!)

The image has been coloured with Copics and the explore cut out with letter dies.

I've left the card clean and simple.

The design paper is from First Edition.  the top section has been cut with a die.

Hello Spring

We'll we've just welcome spring in the last week so I thought I'd make a happy hello spring card.

I've coloured the image with Copic, then draw a circle round my soup flask and cut it out :)

The design papers are scraps left over from when I'd made cards before, they're First Edition papers.

I've added a Hello wood chip sentiment coloured with Copics to match the theme and a couple of silver dragonfly charms.

Rainbow Smiles

Wendy has drawn some rainbow images which are freebies through Kit & Clowder at the moment.  This one is called Rainbow Girl.  We also have a Rainbow Dino :)

The image has been coloured with Copics and I've left it CAS style to the bright colours pop.

I've added some DecoArt glitter to her wings, a few enamel dots and a Smile sentiment.

Fairy Mice

It's our second lot of inspiration at All Dressed Up for Wendy's latest new release images.

Today I'm sharing my creation using Two Little Fairy Mice with you, aren't they adorable!

I've coloured the image with Copics leaving plenty of white space.

Over the bottom of the card I've added a strip of design paper from First Edition.

There are several sequins and gem stones in purple to match the image and paper.  I've added a wood chip heat embellishment from Scrapiniec.

The section of ribbon between the design paper and image is one of those annoying ribbons you get in your clothes which are "supposed" to help hang them up ;)

This is my second lot of inspiration for Outlawz Sketch using Sherry West's images, our sponsor for the month.

I love colouring night scenes, I've done this one using Copics.

My design paper is from Hobbycraft and I've also used some black card.

I've used two lots of ribbon on this card, some tiny silver star charms and a few black gems.

Love You Mum

Love You Mum is the name of one of the newly released images from Wendy Burns at All Dressed Up.  You can find the image here in her Etsy shop

I've coloured the image with Copics and then scattered two kinds of embossing enamel around the image.

The image and card have been framed with black card and my design paper is from 13 Arts.

The flowers I've had in my stash for ages and I've also used some tiny wooden hearts to make butterflies.

Little blue fairy girl

New month and a new sponsor at Outlawz Sketch, this month we're using Sherry West's images :)

For my inspiration I'm using Garden Girl, you can find her here.

I've coloured her with Copics, then fussy cut her out and added some DecoArt glitter to her wings.

Behind the image you can see a circular chip board embellishment from Scrapiniec.  I've also added a few tiny silver star charms.

My favourite colour is.......

Today is our new challenge day at All Dressed Up with the Facebook Group.  The theme for this month is "My Favourite Colour Is...."

I've used one of the Girls from the Wear with Style digital stamp set, you can find it here.

I'm playing around with pink combinations with my Copics at the moment, this one has ended up a little more poppy that I wanted, but of course I'm still happy because it's in my favourite colour.

The design papers I've used are scraps left over, I just cut them into banner shapes and layered them.  Over the top of this is an enamel and Rhine stone daisy charm.  I've had it so long I can't even remember where I got it, possibly Amazon.

The sentiment is one of Zoe's chippies I got from Make It Crafty, sadly no longer available.

My final touch was a bit of bling with the gems.
